You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak seasons or inclement weather. Due to the nature of the specialty products we produce, which are aged, there may be times of limited availability. Despite our best efforts, occasionally some products may not be available on the expected ship date.
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we will ship the products we have on hand. For our assortments, if we are short an item in the collection, we will ship an appropriate substitution of equal or greater value.
