We combine fresh ground pork and spices in all-natural casings. Each link is hand tied, fermented, and aged for three weeks to develop superb taste and texture.

RED WINE & GARLIC

Simply seasoned with cracked pepper, red wine and garlic.

This salami is round, earthy and studded with buttery, melt-in-your-mouth fat.

FENNEL

Aromatic and sweet from a dusting of coarse-ground fennel seeds.

SMOKED PAPRIKA

This salami is robust and spicy with smoked paprika and ground red pepper, just like a traditional Spanish chorizo or many recipes from southern Italy.

Bright, clean and reminiscent of northern Italy’s alpine landscape
